Convio, Inc. Adds Directors for Client Success and Communications
Austin, Texas (April 9, 2007) —
Convio, Inc. — the leading provider of on-demand software and services that help nonprofits use the Internet for building strong constituent relationships and driving support — today has hired three new directors to aid in the continued growth of the company. They are Bethany Little, Director of Client Success Services Technology, Marc Johnson, Director of Professional Services, and Tad Druart, Director of Corporate Communications.
Little has more than 10 years of experience leading interactive communications teams, developing performance standardization and developing strategic campaigns. At Convio, Little will manage the team of interactive specialists who are responsible for strategic execution of client campaigns in the realm of e-fundraising, content optimization and redesigns, social media promotions, search optimization, video integration and site accessibility to people with disabilities. Prior to joining Convio, Little served as executive/vice president at Mindshare Interactive Campaigns, LLC in Washington DC and Austin and was responsible for managing client service, creative and technical departments. She also developed best practices around Web site development, redesigns, online advertising campaigns and strategic services. She earned a Master of Arts in Political Management from George Washington University and a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science from Virginia Tech.
Johnson brings extensive knowledge and experience in successful software and hardware deployment and resource management for professional services organizations. As director Johnson will lead the team responsible for net new deployments, add-ons, and custom development of the Convio platform. Most recently, Johnson was a senior manager in the professional services organization for S1 overseeing development and deployment of internet banking services, interactive voice response systems and other enterprise software and solutions projects. He is a graduate of Baylor University earning a Bachelors of Arts in Speech Communications.
Druart brings more than 19 years of corporate communication, agency and nonprofit experience to Convio. Druart will oversee branding, media and influencer relations, client and employee communications, as well as online communications. Previously, Druart served as manager of strategic communications for the Lower Colorado River Authority and has held similar roles at National Instruments and Dell. A graduate of Newman University in Wichita, KS, Druart has a Bachelors of Arts in Speech Communications.
