Convio Announces Nine New Authorized Convio Solution Providers
Firms Join Network of Partners Authorized to Implement and Service Convio Products
Austin, Texas (January 5, 2010) —
Convio, Inc. today announced that nine new firms have become authorized partners in the Convio Solution Provider (CSP) program. The CSP program is designed to certify companies to deploy Convio software and provide related services to assist Convio in delivering consistent, high-quality consulting and implementation services around Convio products so that charities can maximize their return on investment. The firms are Amplify Public Affairs, Beaconfire, Causeway Interactive, Jasper Design, JCA Consulting, KELL Partners, R3 Strategies, See3 Communications, and TerpSys.
“These firms have deepened their expertise with Convio products,” said Fred Waugh, vice president of alliances at Convio. “The CSP program and engagement with our partners adds value to our mutual clients and expands the offerings available to the sector. Together we offer the innovation, openness and flexibility designed to meet the mission needs of the nonprofit sector.”
In addition to ensuring that authorized partners provide the same level of consistency and service that Convio clients have grown to expect, the CSP program also gives nonprofits the flexibility to choose the applications, providers, and approach that are best suited for their needs.
As authorized partners that have received advanced product training, the nine firms are well-versed in the implementation methodology and best practices of Convio solutions, and also offer post-deployment services and consulting. Amplify Public Affairs, Beaconfire, Causeway Interactive, Jasper Design, JCA Consulting, R3 Strategies, See3 Communications, and Terpsys are authorized to provide services for Convio Online Marketing (eCRM). KELL Partners is authorized to provide services for both Convio Online Marketing (eCRM) and Convio Common GroundTM (CRM) products.
