Convio Launches Fusion™ Partner Program to Drive Collaboration, Innovation and Client Success
Convio Fusion to foster joint client acquisition and retention by providing partners with product insights and other benefits of membership
Austin, Texas (October 17, 2007) —
Convio, Inc. announced today at its first annual Partner Summit the formal rollout of its comprehensive partner program, Convio Fusion™. Focused on collaboration, innovation and client success, Fusion facilitates the exchange of ideas, fosters open integration and innovation, and accelerates the adoption of best practices within the Convio community and the nonprofit sector as a whole. By working closely with Convio to deliver tailored solutions to nonprofits, associations, faith-based organizations and institutions of higher education, Fusion partners can increase the value they provide to their clients by helping organizations use the Internet to connect more people with their cause, and take relationships, fundraising and advocacy to new levels.
"As a strategy firm, we rely heavily on technology partners who understand nonprofits, have a great product, and back it up with great support,” said Mark Rovner, President, Sea Change Strategies LLC, a member of the Fusion partner program. “In our experience, that’s Convio.”
Fusion offers three levels of membership and benefits
The Convio Fusion Partner Program is open to technology, strategic consulting and professional services firms that are interested in using the Convio tool set to help organizations strengthen relationships online. Fusion partners can choose from three levels of membership, each with associated benefits including specialized product and technology trainings, support for the development and use of Application Program Interfaces (API’s), co-marketing opportunities, access to the Convio client community and enhanced partner account management designed to maximize partner success. As the level of partner engagement increases, so does the level of investment and support provided by Convio. Fusion partners gain access to the growing community of Convio clients, partners, and prospects -- an ideal environment in which to innovate, share ideas and drive client success.
