Convio Names Bethany Little Vice President, Design & Implementation Services
Austin, Texas (May 27, 2009) —
Convio, Inc. — the leading provider of on-demand constituent relationship management software and services to nonprofit organizations — today announced the promotion of Bethany Little to the position of vice president, design & implementation services. Little previously served as director, interactive services. In her new position, she will lead the “delivery” engine of the Services division with the core functions of Program Management Services, Technical and Design Services and Data Integration Services.

Little has more than 12 years of experience leading interactive communications teams, developing performance standardization and developing strategic campaigns. She previously managed the deployment and interactive specialists teams who are responsible for strategic execution of client campaigns in the realm of online advocacy and fundraising, content optimization and redesigns, social media promotions, search optimization, video integration and site accessibility to people with disabilities.
Prior to joining Convio, Little served as executive/vice president at Mindshare Interactive Campaigns, LLC in Washington DC and Austin and was responsible for managing client service, creative and technical departments. She pioneered best practices around website advocacy and nonprofit campaigns in the late 90s, and grew a team focused on results-oriented interactive programs, website redesigns, online advertising and strategic services. She earned a Master of Arts in Political Management from George Washington University and a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science from Virginia Tech.
