Birds of a Feather Discussion Tables

Take a break and gather with like organizations to network and share ideas over lunch. This is your opportunity to connect with your peers who are doing similar work with Convio. Tables will be labeled with discussion topics.

Buses to Downtown Austin

Find out why Austin is called the "Live Music Capital of the World"! Round trip bus rides from the Renaissance hotel to downtown Austin will be provided on Tuesday, November 17. A flyer will be included with your conference material for more details, including a map highlighting some downtown restaurants, as well as bars with drink specials for Summit attendees.

Client Lounge

Need to get away from the conference for a few minutes? The Client Lounge is a "Convio-free" space just for you. Stop by, sit down and relax. Or, catch up on your email at one of our free email stations.

Connection Cafe

Find out what others are saying and experiencing at the Summit. Check out Convio's Connection Cafe blog to read live blogging from the event and to join in on the Summit discussions.

Exhibit Hall

The Exhibit Hall is your chance to visit with companies and organizations that provide services to the nonprofit sector. This marketplace is a great place to grab a cup of coffee and talk to exhibitors about your organization's ideas and plans, and find out how they can help you turn your ideas into reality.  Our exhibitors will be available all day November 17 and 18.

Expert Lab

The Expert Lab is available for you to get answers to your questions about Convio products or about your own Convio site. Stop by at any time during Expert Lab hours and speak face-to-face with a Convio expert. No need to sign up — experts will meet with you on a first-come, first-served basis.

User Experience Lab

We want to hear from you! Stop by and say hello, take part in a usability test, or just chat about YOUR experience using Convio.  As a token of our appreciation, the first 50 visitors will receive a free $5 Starbucks card.  If you sign up for a 30 minute testing session, we'll enter you in a drawing for an iPod Touch!

Account Management Central

Ever wish you could put a face with the voice on the other end of the phone? Convio account managers will be available to meet you in person. No need to sign up — account managers will meet with you on a first-come, first-served basis. Be sure to stop by and say "hi"!

Tweet at the Summit

Follow the official Convio Twitter account at @convio to hear what's happening at the conference, and use the #Convio09 hashtag on Twitter to share what you are seeing at this year’s Summit. Simply follow hashtags on Twitter, and then paste the complete hashtag #Convio09 in any Tweet you make from the Summit. Gain insight into what’s happening at the event, see where people are meeting while in town and share your unique experiences with others in 140 characters or less!
